Sports Lines Improve: Oregon Beat Southern California

The first ranked Oregon Ducks thrashed the No. 24 USC Trojans. LaMichael James rushed for 239 yards with three touchdowns, while Darron Thomas threw three four touchdowns, including three to Jeff Maehl as they scored the final 24 points for posting a 53-32 win. The trio accounted for amazing offense of the Ducks that overpowered the Trojans, 599-377. The sports lines of the team looks more promising, as the Ducks (8-0, 5-0 Pac-10) equaled a school record for most repeated win to start a season.

Thomas finished 19-of-32 for 288 yards, including 145 to Maehl while connecting on eight. After scoring two touchdowns in the first four minutes of the second half, USC (5-3, 2-3) offense wasn’t much impressive in their first game against a top-ranked competitor since 1992.

Matt Barkley had 26-of-49 passes for 264 yards with two interceptions, including a touchdown pass to Ronald Johnson. Marc Tyler rushed for two scores for the Trojans, which have lost three of their last four games. Their college football lines are further going to be affected after this loss.
