According to the latest updates, the NCAA committee has scheduled the hearing of an appeal by Georgia receiver A.J. Green on Friday. Green has made an appeal to reduce his suspension period, which is for four games right now. Everyone is anxiously waiting for the hearing, as the odds of Georgia on Sports Lines may fluctuate after the result of the appeal.
According to Claude Felton, the school spokesman, the appeal will be heard over a conference call. With the hearing, prospects of Green returning on the field on Saturday might open. Georgia (1-1) will play No. 12 Arkansas on Saturday, which is a crucial game for Southeastern Conference. All eyes are set on the College Football Lines, to see Georgia’s odds to win the conference game.
Earlier, Green sat out in the first two games of the Bulldogs owing to the suspension, which was imposed after he sold an Independence Bowl jersey for $1,000 to someone considered to be an agent by NCAA.
Even though, Georgia had an effortless 55-7 win in the opening game against Louisiana-Lafayette, but lost its first SEC game at the hands of at South Carolina, 17-6.
